Kristin Hassan graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago in 2006 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts, Fashion Design. After an amazing internship with local sustainable designer, Lara Miller, Kristin was chosen as one of six designers for the inaugural year of the Chicago Fashion Incubator @ Macy’s on State Street, from 2008 - 2009. It was during her residency at CFI that she launched her first label, organiK Revolution.

After her residency at CFI, Kristin appeared on Bravo TV’s hit reality series, ‘The Fashion Show', but chose to make a quick exit in response to her rapidly growing business platform. Getting back to basics, Kristin re-branded and introduced her namesake label for Spring 2010. The collection was well received as Kristin was featured as a chosen designer for Gen Art's Fresh Faces runway show, a pinnacle event during Chicago Fashion Focus week in October 2009.

Kristin maintains her presence as a local rising talent with her collections fifth consecutive season. KH apparel is proud to be 100% designed and made in Chicago, Illinois. Kristin has chosen to stay based in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, a city that both inspires and embraces her. She currently resides in Orland Park, IL with her husband Ramzi, their one year old daughter, Violet, and min pin Maxwell.
