RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All sales of apparel, jewelry, and items marked as Sale are eligible for an exchange only.  No returns will be accepted and refunds will not be issued.  In order to be eligible for exchange the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and sales documents (if applicable).

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.KristinHassan.com fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned by mail to the address below for an exchange. 

Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and/or additional sales documents. Complete the Exchange Form by listing the exchange reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Exchange box. Retain your original order invoice for your records.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Exchange Form and Sales Documents (if applicable). Affix Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for Kristin Hassan, LLC to received and process your exchange.  

We do not permit exchanges with merchandise purchased at stores.
